You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment. Completed & ongoing competence with required core modules: Staging, Drilling, Rock bolting, Blasting, Operate Scoop, extend services, Operate Utility Vehicle, Fall Arrest Training. Per the AEM Underground Mining Classification Guideline; Competently perform all Mining 4 functions (Production/Development); Demonstrate competence in relevant UG Hardrock common core; Housekeeping – keep work areas clean free from hazards; Communication – listen to and communicate with others, keep accurate records on zero harm 5-point card, aligning with daily tasks; Teamwork – work with others to meet and where possible exceed daily KPI’s set by Supervisor; All other duties as may be assigned Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Miner 4 or equivalent; Physically Fit, self-starter with a can-do attitude; Tolerance for hot, cold and humid environments; UG Comon Core (Ontario).
